For over 30 years our mission at Charley’s Concrete has been to provide quality products and efficient service to our clients in the ready mix industry. We take pride in conducting business with honesty and integrity. Our operational staff plays a vital role in providing first-rate service in a safe, family-oriented work environment.

Charles R. Pennington, founder, began his career pouring residential foundations. In 1970 he opened his own ready mix company and sold the business after 5 years of successful operation. Charley then began building homes, first with a partner and then as Pennington Homes. Returning to the ready mix business, Pennington established Charley’s Concrete in Keller, Texas in 1985. Charley’s opened with seven mixer trucks and a commitment to provide superior quality and service.

After more than 30 years in the industry, Charley’s is operating eight plants in the Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding areas. Our delivery coverage includes all of Denton, Tarrant, Johnson, Collin, Hunt, and Parker counties.

Charley’s Concrete is using new technology to increase our operations and production. We will continue to research new ideas and market our company to reach a broader market area and service new customers.

Brent Pennington, – President and CEO, – second generation leadership, began his career finishing concrete. He has worked with Charley’s Concrete from the first day of operations and is confident with all aspects of the operation. With his years of hands-on experience and mentorship given by his Father, Brent understands the concrete industry and customers needs. Brent is committed to build the company on the foundation of a quality product, with a Team dedicated to honesty with family values.
